Dr Nick Ilott, Senior Researcher and Lead Bioinformatician for the Oxford Centre for Microbiome Studies, is analysing blood and stool samples over the course of a year in people with PSC.

This will allow us to better understand and measure disease progression and how the liver and gut may influence the microbiome and their impact on the disease.

The study involves you providing stool samples (at home) and blood samples during routine clinic appointments at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
