The ERN RARE-LIVER (European Reference Network of rare liver centres of expertise) launches the annual PSC Care Survey 2021 today, Global PSC Awareness Day.
The purpose is to take a simple snapshot of PSC patients' perceptions of their care and monitoring. We know that care can be first class, but sadly it can also be patchy between hospitals, between regions and between countries.
We will use the survey results to advocate for high(er) standards of care wherever patients live. With the forthcoming EASL Clinical Practice Guidelines for PSC, there has never been a better time to take a baseline picture of PSC care.
So far, the survey is available in eight languages (and we welcome more if you can help us translate 😉 - please get in touch with us if that is you).
We've deliberately made this survey short and easy to complete.
