PSC Support is the only UK charity dedicated to helping people with PSC. We're a small charity and every penny of your fundraising goes towards improving the lives of people affected by PSC.
Christmas is the perfect time to bring people together and have fun while raising funds for PSC Support. Here are some of our favourite ideas.
Christmas jumper day
Organise a Christmas jumper day at work or a community group or club you're part of. Ask people to donate to take part.
Christmas cake sale
Bake some Christmas treats and sell them to friends and family, or at work or school.
Christmas quiz
Create a Christmas themed quiz and ask for donations to take part. You could hold the quiz at work or invite family and friends over for an evening of festive fun.
Christmas games night
If quizzes aren't your thing, choose your favourite games (such as Charades, Pictionary, Heads Up!) and invite friends and family over to battle it out for a prize. Ask for donations to take part and let the games begin!
Deck your desk
Get crafty with the tinsel and glitter and hold a desk decoration contest at work or school. Ask people to donate to take part and choose somebody to judge the contest.
Santa run
Take part in an organised Santa dash in your local area or plan your own. Pick a simple route (around a local park or playing field will do), rally up a group of willing participants, get your costumes or Santa hats ready and ask people to get sponsored to take part in the festive run.
Christmas crafting afternoon
Host a Christmas crafts afternoon with family and friends and ask them to donate to take part. You could raise even more by selling the finished products and donating the proceeds.
Christmas shopping
Shop through EasyFundraising, Give as You Live or the Giving Machine and raise funds for free as you shop online at selected stores.
Festive fancy dress
A classic and easy way to raise funds. Organise a Christmas themed fancy dress day at work or school and give an award for the best costume. Don't forget to ask participants for a donation to take part!
Christmas wrapping station
Some people don't enjoy wrapping presents and would gladly pay somebody else to do it! Offer a gift wrapping service in exchange for a donation to PSC Support.
