Take on a physical challenge to help people affected by PSC

From skydiving to dancing - here are just some of the ways you could raise funds for PSC Support.

Organise a tournament

Football, netball, golf… whatever sport you choose, ask each team or player to contribute a donation in order to take part in the tournament. Ask spectators to make a donation in exchange for an afternoon of entertainment.

Sponsored dance-a-thon

Dance from 9am to 5pm, or for a full 24 hours and ask for sponsorship.

Skydive

Arrange your own tandem skydive direct with a skydiving centre (drop zone) and start fundraising. Find out more here.

Host an exercise class

Zumba, boot camp, spin class… Host your own exercise class and ask attendees to donate to take part.

Sponsored walk

Lace-up your walking boots and plan a route. Whether it’s one mile or ten, ask friends and family to sponsor your trek.

Run
