Making fundraising a Family Affair

We are incredibly grateful to the Brown Family for their dedication to raise vital funds for PSC Support.

Last year, the family organised an event supported by their generous network across the mortgage industry, and raised over £7,000 for PSC Support!

But they’re not stopping there…

Their Motivation

"Life has thrown some extraordinary challenges at my amazing son Joe. He was diagnosed with Crohn’s at 13 and the very rare disease primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) at just 15.

Despite this unfair hand in life he has remained strong, kind-hearted and hard working. He is one of the youngest financial advisor's in the country and is my super hero."

Pam and her children, Joe and Nina, have a family run mortgage business. Together, they are on a mission to raise vital funds and awareness for PSC.

Last year, they organised a fundraising event supported by their networks in the mortgage industry.  They raised over £7,000 for PSC Support to help find the breakthrough treatments Joe and so many others need.

But wait...there's more!

Pam's family and their incredible network across the mortgage industry has been a powerhouse of support. Last year’s success has only fuelled the fire.

Pam has set an ambitious goal to double last year’s donation at her next event this May! And Joe is running the London Marathon in April for #TeamPSCSupport. It really is a family affair!

"To know that I’ve helped in the slightest way is huge for me. Joe is my inspiration, and seeing the impact of PSC first-hand makes me determined to help find that breakthrough treatment. We aren't just raising funds; we are fighting for a future where PSC no longer stands in the way of young lives."

Thank you to the Brown Family for their ongoing support and dedication.

Fundraise Your Way

You don’t need a massive business network to make a difference. Pam’s journey started at her dining room table!

Whether you want to:

  • Run a 5k, 10k or even a marathon (like Joe!)
  • Craft something beautiful
  • Bake for your neighbours
  • Hike a local trail

Whatever your passion, we can help. Every penny raised brings us one step closer to a cure for PSC.
