Burden of Illness Survey for People with PSC
People living with PSC are invited to take part in a new Burden of Illness Survey.
This important research aims to better understand the symptoms of PSC and how they affect daily life, including social, emotional, and financial impacts. By sharing your experiences, you can help improve knowledge about what it’s really like to live with PSC.
Who can take part?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are aged 18 or over
- Have PSC (including post-transplant)
- Are currently experiencing itch
- Are not participating in a clinical trial
- Live in the United Kingdom
What’s involved?
Participation involves completing a 35-minute online survey about your experiences of living with PSC. You will be compensated for your time and valuable contribution.

Who is running the study?
The survey is being conducted by Initiate Consultancy, with support from the Sheffield Centre for Health and Related Research (SCHARR) at the University of Sheffield. The study is sponsored and funded by Mirum Pharmaceuticals.
